Simundia is a digital coaching platform designed to tackle HR challenges and boost employee engagement, focusing on managerial performance, well-being and happiness, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
We bring together a global community of hundreds of coaches across more than 40 countries and have earned the trust of over 300 clients, including large enterprises, mid-size companies, and scale-ups, who have seen a largely positive ROI from deploying our coaching programs. Tens of thousands of coachees have benefited from our approach, and we continue to expand internationally, recently launching in Italy.
Your role
Your goal will be to contribute to Simundia’s growth by creating new sales opportunities for the italian market: looking for new opportunities, design your own commercial strategy, activating outbound (but also inbound) sales channels in order to support more and more companies in transforming thanks to coaching!
You will work jointly with the Italian Team, as well as with the rest of the International Team.
Responsabilities
- Identifying potential customers based on a good understanding of the market (lead generation)
- Business prospecting: email, phone, events
- Sales appointments: with HR Directors, executives, and startup CEOs
- Managing the business relationship and conducting negotiations until closing the deal
- Organizing and participating in trade fairs and events for clients
- Being proactive in finding new business development channels
- Occasionally, other various tasks (product development, offer development, sales methods, product fitting, account management activities etc.)
Qualifications
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience with significant Sales/Business Development/Consulting experience and/or in-depth knowledge of the ecosystem.
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and persuade.
- You have a strong ambition to contribute to this mission of democratizing coaching.
- You have a willingness to learn, are adaptable, and have a feedback culture that allows you to grow.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are proactive, and love ownership.
- You can handle complex sales cycles with high-level stakeholders.
- You have a team spirit and love challenges!
Languages
- Italian - First language
- English - Fluent
- French is a plus
