Role Description

Only applicants residing in Ferrara-Italia are considered.

Only applicants who are fluent in English and Italian (at least at B2 level) are considered.

This is a part‑time and hybrid role, located in Ferrara for a sales expert.

The sales expert should make daily contacts with clients, by phone and email and should perform follow‑up necessary tasks, until the certification agreement with the customer is concluded.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Italian (at least at B2 level)
• Skill in follow‑up, negotiation and email communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mainly including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Organizational and time management
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
