RESPONSIBILITIES

• Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products and aim to exceed targeted KPI's
• Assist with all daily operations, working along with colleagues and management, being able to maintain an impeccable floor, stockroom and VM, as per company request
• Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes
• Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 year(s) experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry
• Currently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointments
• Fluent in English language
