Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent customer experience, with a strong focus on CRM, client book management, and after-sales activities
- Maintain company standards at all times, supporting visual merchandising, stockroom operations, and cash desk activities
- Stay up to date with collections, develop in-depth product knowledge, and demonstrate a proactive and constructive attitude
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in premium or luxury fashion (RTW experience required)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication skills; energetic, responsible, and self-motivated
- Fluency in English required
