RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book, and after-sales processes
- Maintain company standards at all times: supporting VM, stockroom activities, and cash desk
- Stay UpToDate with collections, possess deep knowledge of products, proactive and constructive attitude
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years' experience in premium or luxury fashion, RTW experienced
- Good experience building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible, and autonomous character
- English language required
OFFERING
- Basic Salary up to €26K
