Sailing Supervisor (M/F) Club Med Resort Italia o all'estero

We are looking for a G.O Windsurfing Supervisor to manage and supervise windsurfing activities at our resorts. The role involves educating guests, ensuring safety, and promoting the club culture.

You are

• Educator who transmits the technical and safety rules to our novice or experienced customers
• Responsible, ensuring the smooth running of each nautical activity
• Passionate, offering our customers the opportunity to discover, progress and challenge themselves

You go

• Introduce our customers to diverse activities rich in conviviality and teach them unusual activities offered at some Resorts: the Schiller Bike, the Mirage Eclipse…
• Supervise and teach sailing activity to beginners and experienced alike
• Manage a team of 3 to 10 instructors and facilitators
• Ensure customer safety in all situations
• Supervise tailor‑made services / private lessons
• Guarantee the service and promote activities within the resort
• Ensure the quality of relationships with customers by strengthening the Club Med culture and spirit
• Guarantee respect for the equipment, materials and infrastructure of the resort
