Job Opportunity: HSE Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our International HSE team in ensuring compliance with Italian health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance, including organizing and updating safety documentation, training records, checklists, and reports.
• Support the monitoring and management of safety equipment inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate safety trainings and track employee certifications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections.
• Participate in safety walks and inspections to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Fluent in both Italian and English, with basic knowledge of Italian HSE regulations a plus.
