The role is central to ensuring a robust and future-proof S/4HANA technical foundation that supports the company’s digital transformation. Hiring for this position secures dedicated technical leadership to coordinate complex build activities, reduce implementation risks, and ensure the platform is delivered with high quality and long-term maintainability.
Deliver the technical design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the company’s next-generation ERP system. Serve as the primary technical authority bridging infrastructure, integrations, and business process needs. The role ensures the S/4HANA is architected for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional and technical analysis for the new S/4HANA
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define end-to-end processes, requirements, and KPIs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs.
- Manage system configuration, testing, and validation.
- Coordinate data migration, master data setup, and integration with existing systems (PLM, MES, CRM).
- Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
- Ensure IT infrastructure, security, and integration standards.
- Serve as subject-matter expert for ERP-related topics and business process design.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain processes.
- Proven experience in business process mapping and requirement gathering.
- Knowledge of ERP integration with MES, PLM, and BI tools.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and project coordination skills
- SAP S/4HANA, preferably Cloud
- Ability to read and understand ABAP
- Experience in Project Management
- Willing to travel
