The part you'll play

We are looking for a RTW Product Development Specialist to join our PD team based in our Headquarters in Florence . Reporting to the RTW Product Manager, you will support the development of Ready-to-Wear collections, with a focus on Outerwear, Tailoring and Flou , primarily womenswear with some exposure to menswear.

The role requires hands-on support in product development and a developing understanding of garment construction, fittings and development processes , contributing to collections that uphold the brand’s quality and style. You’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the end-to-end development of RTW categories including Outerwear, Tailoring and Flou (primarily womenswear, with exposure to menswear)
• Collaborating with the Style/Design team to translate creative inputs into technically feasible, high-quality products
• Interfacing with external suppliers and managing sampling and development phases
• Assisting in fittings and ensuring technical adjustments meet luxury standards
• Managing technical sheets and product data within PLM systems, and supporting base costing/price entry
• Monitoring development timelines and coordinating with merchandising, production and cross-functional teams

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Fashion or equivalent background
• 2 years of experience in RTW Product Development within the luxury fashion industry
• Strong knowledge of womenswear flou and lightweight constructions, with some exposure to menswear
• Experience in outerwear and tailoring, including garment construction, fittings and technical development
• Hands-on experience with PLM systems and basic costing/price entry knowledge
• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
• Availability to travel
