RSPP & HSE Manager - Glass Plants

The resource will be responsible for the HSE activities and team within Moulded Glass Plants in Italy, located in Bergantino (RO) and San Vito al Tagliamento (PN).

Activities

• Management and coordination of the Prevention, Protection, and Environment Service for the two plants and HQ staff
• Maintenance of regulatory compliance in the field of occupational health and safety
• Management of prevention and accident KPIs (database management, various formats and their sharing)
• Responsibility for supporting, organizing, and managing HSE training and health surveillance, including aspects pursuant to Art. 35 of Legislative Decree 81/2008
• Management and organization of General and Specific VDRs with external consultants
• Monitoring work environments, management of Environmental authorizations (AIA) and waste management
• Implementation of safety culture activities in accordance with Gerresheimer standards

Skills

• 6/7 years of experience as RSPP within structured manufacturing industries
• Fluent in English language
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of sustainability and ESG topics
• Good knowledge of D.Lgs 81/2008 and main regulations related to work environment, health and safety
• Leadership, good communicational and organizational skills

Education

• Degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or similars
• Technical High School Diploma with RSPP qualification

Bergantino (RO) and San Vito al Tagliamento (PN) – availability to weekly transfers
