Experteer Overview

In this role you drive growth and market penetration for RS PRO in Italy by engaging key customers, enabling sales teams, and coordinating marketing activation. You will act as the Italian brand ambassador, translating market insights into actionable GTM plans and pricing considerations. You’ll lead cross‑functional collaboration to expand the RS PRO proposition, while shaping long‑term customer partnerships and revenue growth. This is a hands‑on, strategic role at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product.

  • Collaborate with marketing on product launches, campaigns and local promotions
  • Represent RS PRO at events, ensuring consistent brand positioning
  • Translate marketing opportunities into qualified sales pipeline
  • Manage core product conversion drivers and improve performance
  • Analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Ensure pricing, sampling, discounting, and promotions frameworks are followed
  • Identify barriers to conversion and drive improvement actions
  • Analyze customer behavior, competitors, trends, and market developments
  • Provide structured feedback to support product development, pricing, and proposition enhancements
  • Share growth opportunities and market challenges to optimize GTM strategies
  • Act as the voice of the Italian market within RS PRO
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, quality, and central teams to ensure aligned execution
  • Share best practices across the RS PRO Business Development community
  • Build strong internal relationships to deliver customer and business outcomes

Responsabilità

  • Strong sales and commercial experience in a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and communicate with customers and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze data to identify growth opportunities
  • Results‑oriented mindset with ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Experience supporting customers in various settings (sales visits, demonstrations, events)
  • Consultative selling approach and ability to develop long‑term partnerships
  • Excellent listening, questioning, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication in both Italian and English
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation and collaborate across functions
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
