We are seeking a bright and motivated Rotating Equipment Engineer who will be our technical reference in the design, specification and integration of rotating equipment packages, such as compressors, expanders, pumps for industrial and energy plant applications. Assisting the project team, this person will follow the definition of the equipments and the technical coordination of suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review technical specifications and datasheets for equipment packages in line with project requirements and international standards.
  • Interface with vendors during RFQs, technical alignment, design review, and approval phases.
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration for correct integration into the plant systems (piping, process, electrical, automation)
  • Participate in FAT, inspections, and site acceptance, supporting QA/QC and construction teams when required.
  • Supervision of installation, alignment, commissioning and maintenance activities



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in design or technical management of rotating equipments.
  • Knowledge of applicable design codes (API 610, API 617, API 618)
  • Ability to read and produce technical drawings and mechanical datasheets.
  • Specialized training in vibration analysis, alignment, and API standards is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
  • Availability for frequent travel for supplier meetings, inspections and field intervention.
