ROOM SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Milan, is seeking a Room Service Supervisor to join its staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising the shift and ensuring operational efficiency during service;
• Managing department resources and maintaining LQA operational standards;
• Procuring supplies in collaboration with the economics office;
• Creating periodic staff schedules and coordinating with collaborators.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role and context;
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
• Strong English language skills;
• A positive and customer-oriented attitude;
• The ability to work well in a team and achieve goals.

Additional requirements include precision, problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of the Micros program. Residence or domicile in the local area is a plus.
