San Clemente Palace Venice is looking for a Room Service team member.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Room Service at San Clemente Palace Venice, located in Venice. The Room Service staff member will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms, setting up trays, and ensuring that orders are taken and delivered accurate and timely. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas, responding promptly to guest requests, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience with Trays and Room Service operations
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage services
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
