JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and coordinate all Rooms Division operations.
  • Ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience throughout the entire stay journey, from arrival to departure.
  • Lead Rooms Division teams, setting clear standards for service excellence, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor daily operations, room readiness, occupancy flow, and special guest requests to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering and Security to maintain safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready facilities.
  • Implement and maintain Rooms Division SOPs, policies, and brand standards across all areas.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery related to rooms and accommodation experience.
  • Prepare and review daily reports, handovers, and operational updates for the Rooms Division.
  • Support training, coaching, and performance management for Rooms Division supervisors and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all rooms and public areas.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 5–8 years of experience in Rooms Division operations.
  • Experience working in lifestyle, boutique, or resort hotels; mountain or seasonal destinations is an advantage.
  • Hands‑on experience with PMS and hotel operating systems.
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational areas in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (Italian is an advantage).
