Within this stunning setting, the Cloud 7 Hotel Colere features 28 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, offering a blend of comfort and contemporary alpine style. Guests will enjoy a wellness center dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation, along with the variety of refined hospitality in lounge bar&ski, a la carte and self-service restaurants, the hotel embodies the perfect balance of adventure, wellness, and Italian charm.


JOB DESCRIPTION


Key Responsibilities – Room Division Manager (Ski Resort | Colere)

  • Oversee daily operations of Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless, warm, and efficient guest journey from arrival to departure.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards, handling guest communications, special requests, and VIP arrangements with a personalised touch.
  • Manage reservations, room allocation, and occupancy planning, optimising flow especially during peak ski season.
  • Lead housekeeping quality, ensuring rooms, chalets, and public areas are impeccably clean, well-maintained, and aligned with the alpine character of Colere.
  • Coordinate with ski facilities, rental shops, and transport partners to deliver smooth ski-in/ski-out experiences and winter logistics.
  • Ensure guest safety and accessibility during snowy conditions, including pathways, entrances, and operational adjustments.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate rooms division teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, service excellence, and continuous development.
  • Monitor budgets, departmental costs, and productivity, supporting revenue maximisation and operational efficiency.
  • Drive upselling initiatives and guest experience enhancements across Front Office and Rooms.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, conducting regular inspections and applying continuous improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with local tourism partners, ski schools, and community stakeholders to elevate guest experiences.
  • Represent Kerten Hospitality values by delivering thoughtful, curated, locally inspired service moments and creating meaningful guest connections.
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure smooth coordination, operational readiness, and consistent service throughout the resort.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Rooms Division or Front Office leadership roles, ideally within boutique, lifestyle, or resort hotels.
  • Previous experience in mountain, ski, or seasonal resort operations is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Guest Experience operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop multicultural teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure or peak-season environments.
  • Strong communication and guest-relations skills, with a natural ability to create warm, personalised service interactions.
  • Operationally hands-on, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Good understanding of safety protocols and snow-season operational needs is preferred.
  • Comfortable using PMS and hotel systems (Opera, Cloud-based platforms, etc.).
  • Fluent in English; Italian
  • A passion for hospitality, community engagement, curated guest experiences, and the Kerten Hospitality approach.
  • Flexibility to work in a resort environment with changing seasonal demands.
