About the role We're looking for a
hands-on, curious and slightly unconventional person
to join our team and help operate autonomous robots in real-world environments. This is a
20–30 hour/week, on-site role in Rome
for someone who loves technology, enjoys solving problems and isn't discouraged when things don't work the first time. You don't need to be a robotics engineer. We care more about
curiosity, resourcefulness, attention to detail and the ability to figure things out . What you'll do
Operate and support autonomous robots in real-world environments Monitor robot performance and identify issues Collect observations and operational data Troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions Provide clear feedback to robotics and AI engineers Help test and improve new robot capabilities Who we're looking for You're probably a good fit if you: Are genuinely curious about
robots, AI and emerging technology Enjoy figuring out how things work Don't freeze when something unexpected happens Are hands-on, reliable and detail-oriented Learn quickly and communicate clearly Are comfortable working independently Are available to work weekends — this is a must Robotics, engineering, IT, technical operations or STEM experience is a plus, but
not required . The important part This job is for
professional nutters who believe in the impossible. We're building technology that puts robots into environments traditionally operated by humans. Things won't always work perfectly. You'll encounter problems that don't have a Googleable answer. If your reaction to
