ABOUT THE ROLE

You will join a long-term initiative in collaboration with a globally recognized industry leader. The project focuses on advancing physical AI and multi-fleet management systems , aimed at significantly enhancing the performance and efficiency of outdoor vehicles.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of robotics, AI, and real-world hardware , where solutions go beyond simulation into practical application. The team is involved not only in building new capabilities but also in retrofitting existing systems with intelligent components , bringing innovation to already deployed equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIE

  • SDefine and own the technical architecture for complex robotics solutions across domains (mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, AMRs
  • )Design scalable, reusable integration frameworks connecting robotics systems with cloud platforms and enterprise ecosystem
  • sLead end-to-end delivery: from prototyping and PoCs to production-ready system
  • sEstablish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across robotics team
  • sEvaluate, select, and evolve technologies, tools, and platforms within the robotics stac
  • kDrive research in emerging robotics trends and translate insights into practical architectural decision
  • sArchitect perception, SLAM, planning, control, and multi-robot coordination system
  • sEnsure integration of hardware and software, including sensors, actuators, real-time systems, and electromechanical component
  • sOversee simulation and validation using tools such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or simila
  • rCollaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, cloud, embedded, product) to align technical solutions with business goal
  • sEngage with clients through workshops, technical discussions, and architecture presentations (pre-sales and delivery

)REQUIREMENT

  • SDegree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fiel
  • dProven experience in robotics system architecture and end-to-end solution desig
  • nExpert proficiency in C++ and/or Python, building production-grade robotics softwar
  • eStrong experience with ROS2, including defining standards and best practice
  • sHands-on experience across robotics domains (mobile robots, arms, drones, autonomous systems
  • )Deep knowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU, vision, radar, GPS), localization, mapping, and motion planning (e.g., MoveIt2
  • )Experience with simulation environments (Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar
  • )Strong background in control systems, real-time computing, and hardware-software co-desig
  • nFamiliarity with cloud and IoT ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including deployment pipeline
  • sKnowledge of industrial/embedded ecosystems (ARM, STM32, RTOS, PLC, SCADA
  • )Experience in multi-robot and multi-vendor integration environment
  • sStrong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with solid mathematical foundation
  • sExcellent communication skills, including presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholder
  • sProven experience in technical pre-sales (solution design, workshops, client engagement
  • )Leadership experience, mentoring engineers, and guiding technical directio
  • nAdvanced English proficiency for daily communication, documentation, and stakeholder interactio
