Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a
RISK PROJECT CONTROLLING AND MODELLING ANALYST
for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.
We offer : an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. CCNL Metalworking Industry, RAL €.

Key Responsibilities:
- manage the assessment of long-term service agreement profitability through a yearly SOX-compliant process, supported by an auditable model on dedicated IT tools that reflect all contractual obligations and actual performance;
- ensure timely and accurate analysis of contract execution in terms of financials and operational conditions, highlighting variances and sharing feedback with operations;
- provide Service Management with financial impact estimations derived from contract profitability analysis, offering valuable insights into critical issues and improvement opportunities;
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of internal processes, promoting adoption and simplification;
- interact with the commercial team during contract renegotiations, offering feedback and guidance on how to leverage contractual structures.
Requirements:
- strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and advanced reporting to support strategic decision-making;
- educational background in Engineering (Industrial or Management Engineering) or Economics, with a solid understanding of financial analysis and project controlling principles;
- familiarity with digital tools and predictive modeling techniques is a plus;
- excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international teams and manage technical and financial documentation.
