Role Description
As part of the consulting team, the Risk Management PMO will:
- Measure, monitor, and report on Non-Financial Risks across banking activities, including outsourcing, information, fraud, personal, and physical risks.
- Support the business in identifying and assessing Non-Financial Risks and challenge the first line of defense.
- Conduct second-line monitoring within the ERM framework (SOx, KCT, KRI, etc).
- Report and supervise incident management processes.
- Assist in preparing reports for the Non-Financial Risk Committee and develop the Non-Financial Risk Dashboard.
- Manage remediation processes, ensuring adherence to guidelines and standards, utilizing appropriate tools and technology to oversee contract remediation.
Skills and Experience
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within consulting firms.
- Knowledge of DORA and Digital Operational Resilience Act.
- Strong analytical and excellent communication skills.
