Role Description

As part of the consulting team, the Risk Management PMO will:

1. Measure, monitor, and report on Non-Financial Risks across banking activities, including outsourcing, information, fraud, personal, and physical risks.
2. Support the business in identifying and assessing Non-Financial Risks and challenge the first line of defense.
3. Conduct second-line monitoring within the ERM framework (SOx, KCT, KRI, etc).
4. Report and supervise incident management processes.
5. Assist in preparing reports for the Non-Financial Risk Committee and develop the Non-Financial Risk Dashboard.
6. Manage remediation processes, ensuring adherence to guidelines and standards, utilizing appropriate tools and technology to oversee contract remediation.

Skills and Experience

To qualify for the role you must have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in economics or engineering.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within consulting firms.
3. Knowledge of DORA and Digital Operational Resilience Act.
4. Strong analytical and excellent communication skills.
