WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities . Data Governance Assessment: Benchmarking and evolving governance models, aligning with BCBS 239/RDARR, and supporting annual planning and remediation. You will draft policies, escalation processes, regulatory documentation, and supporting ECB findings resolution, implementing specialized tools for metadata, lineage, data quality, and supporting data analysis for platform integration
• Technologies . You will work with leading market data governance tools and data analysis technologies (es. SQL). Activities will involve the implementation and configuration of data governance platforms, as well as data extraction, transformation, and analysis using industry-standard solutions.
• Team work . You will work within a collaborative and dynamic team environment, engaging with professionals from diverse backgrounds and expertise. The team values open communication, knowledge sharing, and mutual support to achieve common objectives and deliver high-quality results. The working environment encourages cross-functional interaction, continuous learning, and a strong sense of partnership.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

• Academic background . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering.
• Valuable expertise . Passion for Risk Management, Finance and data governance; strong technical skills in data management and reporting, regulatory compliance (e.g., BCBS 239, RDARR).
• Nice to have . Experience with leading data management and analytics tools, including SQL and SAS, to support data integration and quality monitoring.
• Soft skills . Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and strong teamwork and communication abilities.
