Overview

Position: Right-Hand CEO (French Fluent) at Paradox EN. This is a full-time role carried out from our offices in Dubai or fully remote from anywhere in the world, with frequent travel to Dubai.

Your Mission

Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Spotify, Disney for their obsession with excellence and global impact. You will play a pivotal role in making Paradox reach that level and becoming an iconic brand. Being iconic means innovating at the intersection of Psychology x Creativity x Technology. You’ll be at the heart of Paradox’s growth engine, working hand-in-hand with the CEO to build and scale the systems, team, and operations that power our global ambitions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Projects & CEO Initiatives: own entire strategic projects, including building growth engines, international brand partnerships, sponsorships for YouTube & events, testing acquisition channels & AI-powered growth playbooks, sourcing elite talent, streamlining HR processes, and helping secure and negotiate deals.
  • Pirate Squad → Rapid Experiments & Global Launches: drive international launches, MVP tests, and new product initiatives with autonomy and speed.
  • Contribute to Strategy & Business Intelligence: conduct market research, build growth models, dashboards, KPI tracking, and help the CEO & GM make data-backed decisions.
  • Turn the Company Into a Systematic Growth Machine: design workflows, implement automations, and optimize processes using tools like Airtable, Notion, and AI-powered dashboards.
  • Be the Internal AI Evangelist: champion AI tools and use cases, train internal teams to adopt AI-first processes, benchmark AI integrations across content, marketing, ops, and product, and stay ahead of what’s possible.

Qualifications

  • You likely come from a top-tier business or engineering school (HEC, ESSEC, X, Sciences Po, Stanford…).
  • You’ve built or scaled something—startup, ops team, or growth engine.
  • You’re driven with a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can own projects from scratch with limited resources.
  • You execute relentlessly and are a pragmatic problem-solver who thrives on ownership.
  • You’re obsessed with growth—personally and for teams—and love learning, building, and optimizing.
  • You embrace growth over ego—open to feedback and driven by progress, not praise.
  • You’re analytical, autonomous, fast, and can structure systems and automate for scale.
  • You’re tech-savvy and AI-native or becoming one; AI is your playground.
  • You’re naturally persuasive with strong communication and can align others without force.
  • You excel in written and verbal communication and tailor your message to your audience.
  • You’ll be working directly with a CEO who has extreme work ethic and ownership expectations; if that energizes you, you’re in the right place.
  • A deep, genuine interest in AI is non-negotiable; you should already be experimenting with GPTs, AI tools, and automation stacks.
  • English: fluent; French: ideally bilingual.
  • Currently, 20% of the team is international, from Japan, Canada, and Madagascar, reflecting our diverse, global mindset.
