In this role you drive growth for WTW’s Rewards Data Intelligence Practice by expanding our B2B client base and cross‑selling remuneration data, software, and data‑driven solutions. You’ll manage client relationships, deliver high‑quality consulting support, and collaborate with European colleagues on international assignments. You will roll out industry‑specific surveys and deliver benchmark insights that shape clients’ rewards practices.
