REWARD SPECIALIST
For a listed multinational company operating in the Financial Services sector , we are looking for a Reward Specialist to join the Group Reward Function .
The role supports Group-level Total Reward initiatives within an international environment characterized by a high level of organizational complexity. It requires a solid background in Reward, together with an interest in contributing to the ongoing evolution of the function within a structured organization.
Key Responsibilities:
The role will involve activities across the Group Reward function, with a focus on the following areas:
- Group broad-based share ownership plan and equity plans administration
- Group Well-being Framework-related initiatives
- Group Gender Balance & Pay Equity activities, including tool updates, data analysis, public disclosure, sustainability and investor reporting
- CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) requirements at Group level, including disclosure process
- Pay Transparency Directive-related activities
- Contribution to other strategic reward initiatives within the new Group Reward Strategy (e.g. company cars)
Requirements :
- Degree in Economics, HR Management, Social Sciences or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience in Reward, gained in consulting firms with exposure to listed multinational companies or within listed multinational organizations
- Strong data analysis skills and advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (e.g. PowerPoint)
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken (C1 level or above)
- Intellectual curiosity, proactivity and critical thinking, combined with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to operate effectively in complex environments
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience with employee share ownership plans is considered a plus
