What Mercer can offer you?

  • Support our Reward and Executive Compensation team in evaluating and analyzing job profiles, conducting compensation analyses, survey production, and market benchmarking.
  • Assist our clients with Compensation and Reward practices.
  • Contribute to defining our clients’ Reward and Compensation Strategy, including job analysis, evaluation, and matching.
  • Participate in designing and assessing incentive systems such as MBO, sales incentives, and Long Term Incentives.
  • Help prepare presentations for clients in Italian and English.
  • Evaluate total compensation packages and support incentive system assessments.
  • Engage in market scouting, develop best practices, and assist in data validation, compensation analysis, and benchmarking activities.
  • Opportunity to develop your skills further and collaborate with other Mercer teams in HR consulting areas.

What you need to have?

  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Organization, and Management.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of digital, social, and business networks (a plus).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Energetic with the ability to manage multiple tasks and complex situations.

The position is based in Rome with flexible working arrangements.
