Our sales team is growing across several countries, creating complex commercial processes and support needs. We need an owner of our CRM and data architecture to keep our systems efficient and scalable. We are hiring our first Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to build and execute a high‑performing, reliable go‑to‑market machine, serving as the operational reference for HubSpot and commercial data across international markets. Key Responsibilities
CRM Building & Optimization:
Configure, clean, and map commercial processes in HubSpot, building complex workflows, managing properties, and structuring pipelines. Data Architecture & Reporting:
Build and own reliable commercial dashboards and reports, ensuring cross‑country data accuracy and making the CRM the source of truth for managers and founders. Stakeholder Alignment:
Gather technical and operational requirements from Sales and Enablement leads and translate business needs into working flows. Future Scalability:
Develop as the central architect of our data infrastructure, integrating new tools and supporting expansion, pricing adjustments, or product transitions. Navigate the Ambiguity:
Proactively spot process failures or broken data flows and independently solve them without waiting for detailed input. Requirements
1–2 years of experience:
In RevOps, Sales Operations, GTM Ops, or direct B2B commercial roles within fast‑growing tech/SaaS contexts. HubSpot Expertise:
Actively configured and optimized CRM logic (workflows, properties, lead assignment rules). B2B Sales Literacy:
Strong grasp of the commercial funnel, customer lifecycle, and B2B metrics. Logical Structure & Data Precision:
Methodical approach to data extraction, database cleaning, and report creation using Excel or Google Sheets. Extreme Ownership & Autonomy:
Thrive without micro‑management; track down and fix workflow or data issues. Academic Background:
Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field preferred. Language:
Full professional proficiency in English and Italian. What Sets Us Apart
