Overview
In this role you drive the hotel’s revenue strategy to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction. You work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance to translate market trends into pricing, inventory, and distribution actions. You lead forecasting, budgeting, and business planning to support commercial objectives and strategic decision‑making. This is an opportunity to shape revenue outcomes in a dynamic hospitality environment and contribute to the hotel’s growth. Responsibilities
Develop and implement revenue strategies to optimize ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR. Monitor market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to identify opportunities and risks. Lead annual budgeting processes and produce accurate forecasts and revenue projections. Lead regular revenue strategy meetings and provide performance analysis to leadership. Manage pricing, inventory controls, and distribution channels to maximize performance. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to align commercial plans. Produce revenue reports and insights to inform decisions. Drive continuous improvement of revenue management processes and systems. Support the execution of the commercial strategy ensuring alignment across Revenue, Sales, and Marketing. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. 3-5 years of revenue management experience in hospitality. Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, forecasting, budgeting, inventory management, and distribution channels. Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven decision ability. Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Opera PMS preferred, and advanced Excel. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent spoken and written English.
