We're partnered with one of the largest and successful established consumer health companies focusing on self care products. We're seeking an established Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) to be based in Rome, Italy who will drive profitable growth by making Revenue Growth Management a core asset for the local Commercial organization to optimize margin and reinvest into brand/customer building initiatives. The Local Sales RGM Manager will focus on the local markets of Italy and Greece, ensuring RGM is a key strength and is integrated into business practices. This position will report to the Local Commercial Lead and will collaborate closely with the sales, finance, demand planning, and strategy teams.

RGM Planning & Execution

  • Lead the local RGM planning process, contributing to the local 5 Year Strategy Plans and Annual LRP Sales & Margin expansion.
  • Execute and deliver projects across priority activities within the local market.
  • Represent in quarterly RGM performance review processes with local FP&A.
  • Drive improvements in local RGM reporting and create automated RGM reports.

Job Summary

  • Implement and manage local RGM governance and processes for Italy and Greece markets.
  • Manage local innovation pricing using a Stage Gate approach, including methodology development and market research.
  • Develop methodologies for financial analyses and scenario development for portfolio pricing simulations and white space launches.
  • Monitor revenue realization of local cost price increases and pricing corridors defined centrally.
  • Develop guidance on and steer local pricing strategies (Dead Net & Dead Net Promo).
  • Implement local consumer pricing/PPA excellence frameworks and guidelines.
  • Localize G2N principles per channel, establish common taxonomy and guidelines, ensuring local application.
  • Develop promotion excellence guidelines tailored to local market archetypes (e.g., consolidated chains, independent pharmacies, Mass Market, Drugstores, and E-com).
  • Establish and grow RGM capabilities within the local market, sharing best practices, and implementing tools and methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue growth management ideally for fast moving consumable goods.
  • Good working knowledge of local commercial mechanics and approaches.
  • Knowledge of pricing analytics, revenue management, and trade promotion management/optimization technical platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Power BI).
