MISSION AND DEFINING CHARACTERISTICS
As a dynamic leader, you will drive the RGM deployment and embedment within your country. You will be accountable, with the GM and BDD, to change the mindset and upskill the division on RGM methodology to fuel our business’s profitable growth.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the deployment and embedment of RGM in the local organization, reporting directly to the Business Development Director and working closely with the GM, Trade, and Commercial Director.
- Create the mid-term agenda and implement identified RGM initiatives to realize incremental turnover and gross profit for the Cosmetique Active Division.
- Conduct RGM analysis based on internal and external, financial and non-financial data with multifunctional teams.
- Implement, automate, and standardize dashboards to track and follow all RGM-related business KPIs.
- Influence all RGM-related business decisions by developing a deep understanding of retailers’ dynamics, value drivers, and consumer/shopping insights.
- Effectively communicate RGM insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts, and senior management.
- Anticipate risks, opportunities, and solutions to achieve RGM objectives, taking timely actions to meet RGM initiative budgets with the multifunctional team.
- Closely track and analyze category and brand business drivers across all channels, online and offline, including consumer willingness to pay, brand price positioning, pack price architecture, share of assortment, share of shelf, share of promo, promo strategy, and launches.
- Simulate RGM action impacts at key P&L levels per category: units, gross sales, consumer sales, promotion investments, OCA, gross margin, and net prices per volume unit.
- Prioritize business driver actions to influence performance in sell-in, sell-out, financial impact, and profitability.
- Monitor competition’s moves on business activations to respond if relevant.
- Seek the best strategies within retailer rules and constraints.
SKILLSET AND COMPETENCIES
- Proven track record of successful RGM strategies/projects.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic changes.
- Deep knowledge of RGM techniques.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Experience leading key RGM projects within organizations with numerous SKUs across different channels.
