We are recruiting for a Revenue Analyst position to join the team at Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel for the 2026 season. As Revenue Analyst, you will support the pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimisation strategies of Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel. This role involves analysing market trends, monitoring booking patterns, and providing data-driven insights to maximise profitability across rooms.

Responsibilities
- Monitor room rates, occupancy trends, pace and revenue performance to identify areas for improvement;
- Perform quality audits on data entered into PMS;
- Analyse historical data, market trends, and competitor pricing to recommend optimal pricing strategies;
- Monitor competitor activities and stay informed of market trends and movements to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge;
- Support the Director of Revenue & Reservations in implementing dynamic pricing models to maximise profitability;
- Assist with the maintenance, configuration, and updates of the PMS, CRS (Synxis), and revenue management systems;
- Optimise inventory and pricing strategies across OTAs, GDS, direct booking channels, and third-party partners. Monitor hotel’s adherence to rate parity across all channels and rectify any discrepancies;
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates;
- Support the Director of Revenue & Reservations to work with sales and marketing teams to align promotional campaigns with revenue strategies.
- Support the Reservations Manager in managing the ticketing system for the Distribution Team, including the creation of new rate codes, updates of existing codes, and related confir-mation letters.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 1 years in similar position.
- Knowledge of LQA/Forbes standards.
- Strong written and spoken Italian and English.
- advanced level in using Excel
- High level of attention to detail with exceptional communication skills.
