Locanda Cugnanello , a boutique yoga retreat center nestled in the hills of Tuscany near Radicondoli, is seeking a Retreat Host to join our hospitality team. This role is
essential for the guest experience and the proper functioning of our retreat center.
Ideal for someone who takes pride in thoughtful service, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a Retreat Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring their stay is seamless, comfortable, and memorable — from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering a warm, professional welcome to all guests
- Supporting concierge-style services and guest needs
- Ensuring guest areas are consistently clean, organized, and inviting
- Assisting with buffet setup, food service flow, and menu explanations
- Communicating guest feedback and special requests to management
- Collaborating across departments to maintain high service standards
- Representing Locanda Cugnanello with professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Authorization to work in Italy otherwise visa sponsorship can be offered
- Fluency in English and basic knowledge of Italian
- Hospitality or tourism experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Flexible availability and a proactive, positive mindset
- Location not accessible by public transportation, car needed
