Position

We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Retail Visibility Intern to join our team.

If you’re full of fresh ideas and a passion for elevating in-store experiences, this is the opportunity for you. You’ll get hands-on experience in retail merchandising, experience design, and visibility operations while helping us make an impact in the retail world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring creative ideas for visual merchandising and in-store activation initiatives ;
  • Conduct analysis to identify trends and best practices in retail visibility and merchandising;
  • Contribute to retail experience planning , ensuring that product displays and store layouts create a seamless and engaging customer journey;
  • Help create reports and presentations for the retail visibility team;
  • Support ad hoc projects related to merchandising and trade marketing.


Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Design, or a related field ;
  • Young, creative, and enthusiastic mindset;
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Fluent in Italian and in English (both written and spoken) ;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus.
  • Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or marketing is a plus but not required.
