Position
We’re looking for a proactive, creative and detail-oriented Retail Training Intern to join our Training Department.
If you are passionate about technology, social media, and organization, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Training team, acting as a bridge between the field and the office. If you are curious, social-savvy, and eager to learn how training impacts business performance, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor latest social trends on smartphones and technologies , share creative ideas and prepare proposals to boost Retail Brand Visibility through social media channels;
- Support the Training Department in daily back-office operations;
- Handle logistics and distribution of training gadgets and materials;
- Extract and analyze training data from internal tools and social media;
- Create basic training materials such as product sheets and benchmarks;
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming requests from the field (OMS, OSM, sales force);
- Assist in coordinating training activities and ensuring smooth execution.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing and Communications or related fields ;
- Strong interest in technology, digital environments and social media ;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken) ;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving attitude;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. xdwybme
