Retail Specialist

We are looking for a Retail Specialist to join the Bottega from March to the end of the year. This is more than a sales role: it is an opportunity to curate experiences, to enchant our international guests. Our Bottega is a unique destination where our homegrown agricultural products, exceptional artisanal creations, and the sophisticated interior design collection by architect Bolza converge.

Main tasks and responsabilities:

• Curate an exceptional shopping experience by establishing a welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s elegance and warmth. Engage with guests as they enter, ensuring that every touchpoint aligns with the overall vision of our Bottega, setting the tone for an unforgettable visit.
• Act as a storyteller, skillfully weaving the narratives behind each collection. Share the passion, craftsmanship, and inspiration that fuel our artisanal products, and communicate the meticulous design process behind the interior pieces of BB collections by architect Benedikt Bolza.
• Use your expertise to offer tailored, thoughtful suggestions that meet the sophisticated tastes and needs of our discerning clientele. Anticipate their desires through active listening and intuition, guiding them toward products that resonate with their style and preferences, ensuring a seamless shopping journey.
• Provide exceptional, personalized care, delivering a level of service that is attentive yet unobtrusive. Be responsive to each guest's specific requests—whether for product details, packaging preferences, or private assistance—making them feel valued and respected at every moment of their visit.
• Contribute to the flawless operation of the Bottega, ensuring that all logistical aspects—from stock management to store layout—are handled seamlessly. Take part in setting up and closing the store, ensuring that every product is impeccably displayed and every detail is attended to, leaving nothing to chance.
• Work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the Bottega runs smoothly, efficiently, and with finesse. Be proactive in communicating needs and ensuring that the guest experience remains uninterrupted. Whether managing inventory or coordinating special orders, your ability to work in synergy with others ensures the highest standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in refined sales or client-facing roles.
• Proven background in luxury retail or exclusive lifestyle environments.
• Previous experience in showroom or wardrobe assistance is considered a plus.
• Fluent English (C1) and Italian;
  additional languages are highly appreciated.
• A natural sense of elegance and poise, paired with exceptional communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and confidence in high-profile settings.
