Sales Associate – Begüm Khan

Position Overview

We are seeking a sophisticated, client-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in one of Italy’s most prestigious luxury shopping destinations. This role is ideal for someone who can create an elevated in-store atmosphere while contributing to the boutique’s sales performance.

This opportunity offers the privilege of representing a culturally rich and globally recognized jewellery house within a refined boutique environment.



Key Responsibilities


Client Experience 

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience aligned with the Begüm Khan universe
  • Represent and communicate the philosophy, values, and heritage of the brand
  • Assist clients in-store, by phone, and through virtual communication
  • Engage with an international clientele with warmth, poise, and emotional intelligence


Sales & Client Development

  • Contribute to achieving individual and boutique sales targets
  • Build long-term client relationships with a client-centric, service-first approach
  • Support initiatives to attract new customers and increase boutique visibility
  • Actively participate in clienteling and outreach to nurture a loyal client base


Operations & Boutique Excellence

  • Support daily boutique operations and basic inventory control
  • Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards
  • Ensure the boutique remains immaculate and aligned with brand aesthetics
  • Uphold operational discipline, security procedures, and luxury service etiquette



About You


  • Advanced proficiency in Italian and English
  • 2–3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about craftsmanship, jewellery, and contemporary culture
  • Flexible with scheduling, including weekends and peak holiday periods
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A natural host capable of creating a warm, memorable, and elevated client journey
