Your role

As Retail Planner, you will serve Luxottica consumers by delivering the right products for the right quantity to the right stores at the right time to our Retail channels and marketplace. You will do so by defining the inventory policy and the demand forecast signals at store/class level with the goal of maximizing the Service Level while minimizing the Inventory & Obsolescence costs. You will also be the reference point of a specific set of stores or specific marketplace.

Main responsibilities

• Set and maintain the Inventory Policy via the Model Stock Policy, being responsible for achieving the Service Level & Inventory Targets.
• Define and trigger the Sales Forecast at store/class level.
• Define and maintain the store replenishment calendar & strategy.
• Run weekly Sales, Inventory & Service level analysis to review policies or plans when needed.
• Manage the manual orders process where needed.

Main requirements

• You have a Management Engineering, Economics or Business Management Degree with excellent results.
• You are a quantitative analysis lover, a true Excel addict.
• You believe that without your team nothing is possible.
• Fluency in English and other languages is considered a plus.
• You can’t survive without your Ray‑Bans.
