We are looking for a Retail Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across our global retail network, ensuring seamless execution and full alignment with HQ guidelines and business strategy.

Responsibilities and general duties:


Retail Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure the consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards across the retail network.
  • Monitor and audit store compliance with operational guidelines, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Support stores in maintaining excellence in stockroom organization, visual standards, store maintenance, and operational processes.


Retail Performance Support


  • Partner with Retail Managers, Area Managers, and Store Managers to ensure efficient store operations and seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Analyze operational KPIs and provide insights to improve efficiency, productivity, and service standards.
  • Support the preparation and consolidation of retail reports, operational dashboards, and business analyses.


Inventory Management & Loss Prevention

  • Coordinate and oversee annual physical inventories across all stores.
  • Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and compliance with company inventory procedures.
  • Monitor stock discrepancies and collaborate with stores to reduce inventory shrinkage and operational risks.
  • Partner with Finance, Logistics, and Retail teams to maintain inventory accuracy and process integrity.


Store Support & Communication

  • Act as the primary operational point of contact between stores and Headquarters functions.
  • Coordinate store maintenance requests and follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage the uniform allocation process for retail employees across the network.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Retail, Finance, Logistics, HR, Visual Merchandising, and Client Experience teams.


Retail Excellence

  • Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout the retail network.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operational standards, provide coaching, and ensure alignment with brand expectations.   


Profile:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Store Operations, Inventory Control, or a similar role within the luxury or premium retail industry.
  • Solid understanding of retail processes, stock management, and store operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query a plus), comfort with ERP/retail systems, and openness to automation/AI tools.
