We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our store in Catania.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and overseeing daily store operations.

• Promote and deliver excellent in-store customer experience; ensure the team provides consistently high-quality service;
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize results;
• Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and other operational aspects in compliance with company policies;
• Lead, inspire and support the store team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need :

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Store Manager in a retail brand, preferably premium or luxury level;
• Proven leadership skills, ability to build and manage a team, paired with strong organizational abilities;
• Effective communication skills, able to interact with the team, colleagues, and senior management;
