Retail Head of Design

the data-driven creativity agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a creative and innovative Retail Head of Design to join our Retail Team .

Are you a visionary design leader eager to drive innovation in the retail environment while remaining actively involved in the creative process? If so, this could be your next exciting chapter!

Reporting to the Retail Director, you will be responsible for managing the Designer Department and overseeing the development of major retail design projects for international clients.

The projects will focus on ideation and development of brand and flagship stores, shop-in-shops, corners, islands, and innovative digital and interactive displays.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Retail Design Department
• Oversee creation, development, and execution of 3D modelling and renderings
• Manage project steps and daily activities
• Meet with clients alongside account managers to discuss objectives and requirements
• Conduct feasibility and technical studies to assess design viability and production implications
• Coordinate with external suppliers and estimate project costs
• Ensure project implementation and delivery

Required Skills:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as Senior Project Designer or similar role
• Proven retail experience
• Experience in team management
• Advanced skills in 3D design and rendering
• Experience managing stakeholders
• Autonomy, stress management, and accuracy
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation
• Strong time management skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
