Responsibility
1.Project Management:
Based on product goals, gather information from various departments, collaborate with retail teams to output new product retail promotion plans, and track the implementation.
2. Goal Management:
Breakdown of category targets, with weekly, monthly, and quarterly follow-ups to ensure achievement.
3.Product Management:
Responsible for product lifecycle management, including planning for introduction, growth, maturity, and discontinuation phases.
4.Sales Management:
Continuously empowering the sales of products, adjusting strategies based on market conditions and company policies to achieve annual sales targets.
5.Market Insights:
(Industry + Competitors) Developing retail strategies for products, monitoring sales performance throughout the lifecycle, and summarizing patterns and approaches.
Requirements
1. Strong learning ability, with good communication skills and project management skills;
2. GTM, retail orsales, with at least 5 years of work experience preferred;
3. Experience in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is preferred,
4. Bachelor's degree or above, English can be used as the working language.
