BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Support the Retail Facility Manager in the maintenance services of the stores within the EMEA region.

What Makes Up Your Day

• Coordinate and monitor planned and corrective maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, special systems), ensuring alignment with timelines and standards
• Track and update maintenance plans, supporting the optimization of schedules and interventions
• Act as a key contact for stores and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on maintenance activities and progress
• Follow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective execution
• Support vendor coordination, monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and KPIs
• Ensure proper tracking and documentation of all maintenance activities within the filing system
• Collaborate in cost tracking and support periodic reporting activities
• Participate in store checks and inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met
• Contribute to continuous improvement of facility management processes

Role

• 2-4 years of experience in Facility Management or similar roles, preferably in retail environments; good analytical skills, with familiarity in cost tracking
• University Degree (Architecture/ Engineering)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of CAD
• Proactive attitude, flexibility, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
