Everyone contributes. **What makes up your day** In this role, you will:* Coordinate and monitor planned and corrective maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, special systems), ensuring alignment with timelines and standards* Track and update maintenance plans, supporting the optimization of schedules and interventions* Act as a key contact for stores and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on maintenance activities and progress* Follow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective execution* Support vendor coordination, monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and KPIs* Ensure proper tracking and documentation of all maintenance activities within the filing system* Collaborate in cost tracking and support periodic reporting activities* Participate in store checks and inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met* Contribute to continuous improvement of facility management processes**What makes you, makes our team** When you join Zegna, you join a team, working together to shape the future of our company.
