How will you make an impact?
Sales Management :
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed boutique sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, key metrics, retail KPIs, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions that influence business strategy.
- Utilize a strong analytical approach to interpret retail KPIs and translate them into actionable strategies.
Store Operations :
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, loss prevention, and maintenance.
- Ensure boutiques adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain operational efficiency and cost control.
Team Leadership & Development :
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage boutique staff.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that motivates employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development, including training on digital tools and platforms.
Customer Experience :
- Ensure exceptional customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
- Create a seamless omnichannel experience, integrating digital tools such as CRM systems.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients using clienteling and CRM techniques.
- Develop in-store events and experiences tailored to clients' preferences to foster loyalty.
Budget Management :
- Develop and manage the retail budget for the Italian market.
- Monitor expenses to ensure boutique operations stay within budget.
Success Metrics :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least 10 years of retail management experience, especially in luxury goods and the Italian market.
- Experience managing multiple boutiques and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the Italian luxury market and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel within Italy.
