McArthurGlen Group, Europe's leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 20+ designer outlets in 8 countries.
We are seeking a commercially focused and highly organised Retail Executive to support the Retail Team in driving overall Centre performance. This role is pivotal in coordinating brand communications, promotional activity and retail initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of the Retail Marketing Calendar and strengthening relationships with brand partners.
The successful candidate will act as a key link between brands and internal departments, supporting commercial performance through effective communication, coordination and execution.
The Retail Executive position is being offered as a 12 month fixed-term contract.
What you'll be doing...
- Coordinate agreed retail activities across the Centre, including tenant liaison, internal communications and visual alignment to reinforce brand identity.
- Maintain and update website content via the CMS (brand pages, offers, events and promotions) in relevant languages, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the content plan.
- Manage brand offers for website and newsletter inclusion, ensuring campaigns and news are current and commercially impactful.
- Support the preparation of newsletter content in collaboration with brand partners.
- Coordinate brand communications for centre-wide promotions and collective campaigns in line with the Retail Marketing Calendar.
- Take ownership of POS materials and seasonal changeovers aligned to key trading periods.
- Liaise closely with Customer Service teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with brand partners to identify sales-driving opportunities and enhance commercial performance.
- Work cross-functionally with Store Operations, Customer Service, Facilities, Marketing, Leasing and Finance to ensure alignment, best practice and compliance with centre standards.
- Support the delivery of events, promotional activations and key trading initiatives, with awareness of fashion trends and peak trading periods.
- Undertake project work and ad hoc tasks to support the ongoing development and performance of the Centre.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures, acting at all times in the best interests of the business.

To be successful you'll bring...
- A qualification in Business, Marketing or a related field (desirable).
- Solid experience in a retail, marketing or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent Italian and English language skills - written and spoken.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and brand partners.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills, and Outlook skills.
- Experience with design or picture processing software (e.g. CorelDRAW, Photoshop) is advantageous.
