Retail Architect

Locatelli Partners is looking for a a full-time Retail Architect located in Milan with minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications needed:

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Provide all the drawings sets required according to each phase of the project (Schematic set, Bid Set, Construction Set and Millwork package)
• Review consultants and contractors’ drawings to ensure consistence with projects and concept, from preliminary submission up to construction and shop-drawings/millwork drawings
• Build relationships with suppliers and consultants and work closely with them for mock up, sample materials search and finalizing technical details.
• Implementation of the Store Design book/guidelines.
• Experience working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Good knowledge of materials and design details
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in a range of software – including but not limited to Autocad 2D, Photoshop, all Office programs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Italian
