Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Overview

A Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant within the hotel, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate team member performance.
  • Support team members in handling guest inquiries, requests, and resolving guest complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Manage and monitor product quality, service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues and implement improvements.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.

Qualifications

  • Food and Beverage experience.
  • Ability to meet financial targets.
  • Compliance with all Food and Beverage brand standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Willingness to develop team members and self.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations.
