Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Overview
A Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant within the hotel, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations.
- Monitor and evaluate team member performance.
- Support team members in handling guest inquiries, requests, and resolving guest complaints.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- Manage and monitor product quality, service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues and implement improvements.
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.
Qualifications
- Food and Beverage experience.
- Ability to meet financial targets.
- Compliance with all Food and Beverage brand standards.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent grooming standards.
- Willingness to develop team members and self.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations.
