Responsibilities

Hard Rock Cafe - Milan, Italy, a franchise partner of Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc., is seeking a talented Senior sales account  for the Hard Rock Cafe - Milan, Italy. The professional is responsible for directing Cafe sales efforts that align with the overall Cafe operating strategy. This individual will also support the Cafe’s Senior Leadership Team in upholding all brand standards, core values, while meeting or exceeding Hard Rock’s business objectives.

  • Development of sales strategies that generate consistent year-over-year entrée count growth.
  • Increase store traffic through offline and online activities
  • Sell the café as a location for corporate and private events, travel destination, live music hub.
  • Market a multi- product business line (restaurant, events, live music, catering) to disparate guest profile (corporate, tourist and local), increasing the Café base of affectionate local and tourist fans
  • Foster an environment of customer service in which all team members put the guest first in every situation. 
  • Execute established standards for overall guest satisfaction that meet or exceed brand standards as determined by an objective ranking systems. 
  • Ability to ideate and execute meetings & events that exceed the expectations of all clients.
  • Clearly define goals and expectations using performance review tools 
  • Possess a self-motivated approach to his/her own personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years in a sales and marketing role in a hospitality setting. 
  • MICE and TT client portfolio a strong preference
  • Experience with CRM platforms. 
  • Expertise in social media platforms.
  • Background in music industry a plus.

  • Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions.
  • Strong  communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing in English and Italian
  • Ability to effectively pitch and present information in one-on-one and group situations to media, customers, clients, partners and other employees of the organization.
  • Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required.
