Restaurant Manager

Mira Hotels and Resorts is looking for a MAITRE DI SALA for the 2025 summer season at its hotel in Alagna Valsesia (in the province of Vercelli) Reporting to the General Manager of the establishment, the successful candidate will be responsible for the growth of the hotel’s in-house restaurant, offering an excellent culinary experience. Working in close collaboration with the General Manager, the candidate will supervise the front-of-house staff, setting work rota, and will be responsible for managing the dining room based on bookings and scheduled events, ensuring that the service provided is excellent and in line with company standards. They will also handle beverage orders in collaboration with the F&B Manager and coordinate table set-up, ensuring the mise en place is correct. We are looking for a brilliant professional with proven experience in this role at 5-star hotels, with an excellent command of German and English; they are meticulous, flexible and guest-focused, and possess excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills. Familiarity with the iSelz management system is an advantage. We offer a salary commensurate with experience, opportunities for development and long-term employment within a rapidly growing organisation, as well as board and lodging.
