About the Role


For the opening of our new Corinthia Rome project in collaboration with Carlo Cracco, we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who brings structure, elegance, and a hands-on approach to high-level hospitality. You will oversee the full FOH operation, guiding a vibrant young team and ensuring that every moment reflects the standards of a world-class restaurant.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily operations with efficiency, precision, and a refined service vision
  • Uphold and elevate fine dining standards across all touchpoints
  • Train, support, and inspire the FOH team
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Maître D’
  • Maintain strong guest relations and manage feedback with care


What We’re Looking For


  • Background in luxury fine dining or high-end hotel restaurants
  • Strong organizational skills and elegant leadership
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Symphony is a plus
  • Desire to be part of an exciting new opening with a young team
