What do we look for?
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 15 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-paced environments such as hospitality or F&B services
- Proven expertise in managing high-performing hospitality venues
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills, with a focus on team development
- Strategic operational approach with strong financial management skills
- Outstanding communication skills to build relationships with guests, suppliers, and staff
- Deep passion for food, beverages, and hospitality, emphasizing quality and precision
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
- Fluency in Italian and English
What will you work on?
- Ensure adherence to Nusr-Et’s service standards, from food presentation to guest interaction
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading by example in service and operations
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability
- Ensure legal compliance and stay informed of relevant laws
- Drive recruitment, training, and performance management to develop a skilled team
- Collaborate with marketing to boost footfall, revenue, and brand awareness
- Monitor guest satisfaction and uphold high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety
- Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory to minimize waste
- Coordinate with suppliers and management to meet deadlines and contractual obligations
- Serve as the key liaison between the restaurant and senior management
